ScaleXY began in 2019 inside Infopark, Kochi, with a small founding team of four engineers who'd already shipped production software for startups across India, the Middle East, and North America. We started with a simple conviction: that senior, product-minded engineers — working directly with the people building the business — produce dramatically better software than the layered, hand-off model most outsourcing relies on.

Five years on, that conviction has held. We've grown to more than forty engineers across frontend, backend, DevOps, and AI/ML, but we've stayed deliberately senior-only. No bench of juniors learning on your dime.
